Allegretto Vineyard Resort

The Allegretto Vineyard Resort was developed by the Ayres Hotel Group in the wine country of Paso Robles. Construction was completed in 2016 and the destination resort combines a five-star hotel, spa, wellness center, restaurant, wine tasting, and conference facilities. The project philosophy is one of health and sustainability in design and construction, as well as in operations. The first phase includes 171 guest rooms and suites. Complimenting the guest rooms, the Ayres Vineyard Resort offers a fine dining restaurant with a bar and lounge, and a spa with private treatment rooms. The first phase provides approximately 5,000 sf of conference and meeting facilities in the interior of the hotel and opportunities for less formal meeting and gathering areas in the courtyard and gardens. The hotel is furnished with authentic Asian and European furnishings consistent with the style of Ayres Hotels. The grounds include a pool, spa, bocce ball courts, vineyards, olive orchards, and a variety of classic meditation gardens.
