Mr. Jaeger has 28 years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering. He has provided design services and senior engineering on a variety of public and private residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Mr. Jaeger’s responsibilities include project management, administration, and primary design services in the preparation of civil grading, drainage, street and underground improvement plans. Mr. Jaeger was the Project Manager for the City of El Paso de Robles Union Avenue reconstruction project and the El Camino Real Rehabilitation project in Arroyo Grande. Mr. Jaeger has attended numerous post-construction stormwater runoff seminars and is well versed in the evolving regulations. He also was the author of a 100-year flood analysis of over 650 square mile tributary area in the town of Shandon, California. Mr. Jaeger served as the project manager for the Oak Park phase 1 project in Paso Robles. This project included complete ADA accessible paths through the entire site and employed LID principles to eliminate the installation of storm drains to convey runoff. Project administration and client servicing responsibilities include construction engineering, cost estimation, and coordination with consultants, public utilities, Federal and State Agencies and local governing bodies.
