On-Site Waste Treatment System (OWTS)

NCE provided the detailed design to support the environmental integrity of Avila Canyon Estates, the project has a sophisticated on-site waste treatment system designed for 22 single-family homes. With a design load of 12,000 gallons per day and a safety factor of 2.0, the system is designed and permitted in accordance with the State Water Resources Control Board Order WQ 2014-0153-DWW and the San Luis Obispo County Local Area Management Plan (LAMP) regulations.

The OWTS includes:

• Effluent Disposal
