For over 40 years, NCE has provided a broad spectrum of civil engineering, land surveying, land planning and project management services for local and regional projects. With two registered civil engineers on staff, in-house survey services and a progressive CAD department, we maintain a very high level of technical competence. This is supported by state-of-the-art computer systems and software, and complete electronic field-to-office survey equipment, including conventional, robotic and GPS applications.

As a pioneer in the areas of field-to-finish surveying and computer‑aided design and drafting, NCE has developed an efficient system for design analysis and production.

GPS machine control has become increasingly more integrated into the construction process; therefore, North Coast Engineering sees it as a huge benefit to offer this service in-house. With our background and experience in the construction industry, we have an advantage in bringing out the best product. Building the models in-house also gives us the ability to quality control and check these through the Civil Engineering and Surveying departments. We respond to any revisions or questions about the model or plans with the same level of care and urgency that our clients have come to expect from us, which is required to keep a construction project on schedule and moving forward.
