This past week, NCE had the great opportunity to attend the Civil Engineering Career Fair at Cal Poly, SLO. The event brought together talented students eager to explore career opportunities, internships, and programs in the dynamic field of Civil Engineering.

Our team was excited to connect with motivated students who are passionate about shaping the future. We had great conversations about the diverse projects and innovative solutions NCE is involved in, and we were impressed by the students’ knowledge, enthusiasm, and commitment to advancing the field.

The fair offered a fantastic platform for us to share insights into the projects we’re working on across SLO county. We also discussed the values that make NCE a great place to work, including our commitment to professional growth, collaboration, and hands-on learning opportunities.

We’re excited to see more future engineers eager to make a positive impact on the world, and we look forward to fostering relationships with them as they begin their careers in civil engineering.
