North Coast Engineering provided Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Services for the Montebello Estates located in Paso Robles, CA. The Montebello Estates is located on 186 acres and includes 250 single-family residential lots across 5 phases. Under major construction form 2002 to 2007, the project completed 14 new roadways totaling over 3 miles and moved over 1 million cubic yards of native material through earthwork operations. The project provided a 7-arce site, a 10-acre school site, and dedicated 50 acres as permanent open space.
