Construction broke ground on Templeton Place II near the intersection of Petersen Ranch Road and Bennet Way in Templeton. The project is a 36-unit low-income senior and veteran’s apartment development. The development includes:
- Four studio apartments
- Twenty-seven one-bedroom
- Five two-bedroom
- Community center
- Community garden
This development is an expansion of Templeton Place I located south of the site, which was completed in 2001. Providing 29-unit apartments dedicated to affordable senior housing. Together, the Phase I and II development offers an open, relaxed environment that fosters interaction among the residents.
North Coast Engineering partnered with People’s Self-Help Housing and IBI Group to prepare the Civil design for this project. The scope included grading and drainage design that meets post construction stormwater control requirements from California’s RWQCB, utility design, and SWPPP development. NCE will assist with construction administration and construction staking for the Contractor, Spurr Co.
