North Coast Engineering staff members, Hilary Brown and Tucker Sanders, participated with COO Christy Gabler in the first annual Paso Robles High School Career Expo on Friday, May 26th. Career professionals from around north county were invited to provide advice and information about their career paths to high school juniors seeking deeper understanding about various industries and what it takes to be successful in the workplace. Three sessions were held for students to hear from three different industries. Information sessions were followed by an opportunity for questions. North Coast Engineering contributed to this learning with a few hands-on exercises with survey equipment and a pervious concrete demonstration. Paso Robles High School hopes to grown the program in future years, involving other north county school districts and businesses.
