About this Project
North Coast Engineering has provides Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Services for the Cerro Roble-Tract 3078 located on Viejo Camino on the south side of Atascadero between Halcon Road and Santa Barbara Road. The 9.5-acre site is approximately a quarter-mile east of Highway 101 and half a mile west of the Salinas River. The 17 single-family lot subdivision project includes frontage, on-site road improvements, bus stop design, off-site sewer main extension, on-site underground utilities, and drainage infrastructure.
