We were honored to celebrate the grand opening of River Walk Terrace alongside the Affordable Housing Development Corporation and the Paso Robles Housing Authority! The day was filled with festivities and testimonials of how this project has positively impacted the community. The new 79-unit residential community provides affordable housing for seniors in the Paso Robles area and is currently 100% occupied.
Our services on this project included sewer lift station design, drainage design, offsite improvements to a nearby intersection, and land-surveying services. We were proud to apply our engineering and land surveying expertise to ensure this special project could become a reality
