About this Project
North Coast Engineering provided Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services for People’s Self Help Housing, a non profit housing organization located on California’s Central Coast. People’s Self Help Housing Corporate office is a proposed 30,000 square foot two-story office building that will provide more space for their 200 plus employees. The project consists of the removal and repair of existing driveways, grading and drainage, and a stromwater pollution prevention plan.
