About this Project
North Coast Engineering prepared a flood plan analysis in the town of Shandon for the County. The purpose of this analysis was to establish the practical limit of developable area for the Community and a proposed Waste Water Treatment Plant based on the 100-year flood event. This analysis was included in the Shandon Community Update Plan for the County of San Luis Obispo. This analysis will be used to determine the base flood elevations in anticipation of future map amendments.
