About this Project
North Coast Engineering provided Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services for The Agrarian Hotel. The Agrarian Hotel is a 54-room development and is the first LEED Certified hotel in Arroyo Grande. The craftsman style hotel provides an outdoor pool, fitness center, business center, and had ADA accessibility features for the overall property. Due to the lot being adjacent to the Tally Ho Creek, a flood plan analysis was required from the city. The hotel was completed in 2019 and it was the first hotel located right in the village of Arroyo Grande.
