Oxford Suites being the tallest building in Paso Robles, is an 5-story, 127 room resort hotel. The hotel is situated on a 2.5-acre site on the south side of 4th Street, between Spring Street and Pine Street. Oxford Suites, located in Paso Robles, is a 5-story, 127 room resort hotel situated on a 2.5-acre site on the south side of 4th Street, between Spring Street and Pine Street. The project consisted of a 15,800 square foot building, 147 stall parking lot, sewer lift station, and a 110 ft long and 12ft diameter underground stormwater detention facility designed to capture the 100-year storm event.
