About this Project
North Coast Engineering provided Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services for The Piccolo Paso Robles Hotel, a Paso Robles Inn expansion. Paso Robles Inn proposed to construct a 23-room, 4-story, 17,946 sf, hotel located at 600 12th Street in Paso Robles. The Piccolo was designed to create the perfect Paso Robles experience with a rooftop bar, wine lounge, library, private lounge areas, and electric vehicle charging stations. The project required 28 parking spaces for guest rooms and employees and street improvements. The Piccolo opened in 2019.
