About this Project

North Coast Engineering completed flood studies and waterway modeling for this solar photovoltaic project. Located in California Valley, this 2,110 Acres project occupies agriculture and grazing land. SunPower Corporation evaluated the solar photovoltaic project in the California Valley area of eastern San Luis Obispo County. This project is comprised of two solar arrays and a gen-tie corridor. 2D Hydrology Analysis was used to evaluate the extent, depth, and velocity of the project and the surrounding area.
