Civil Engineer
A Civil Engineer will work with project design teams to prepare, update, and complete Civil 3D models for our design projects.
Office Survey Technician / Survey Crew
North Coast Engineering’s Office Survey Technician / Survey Crew is responsible for office and field survey work for boundary, topographic and construction surveys, research and calculations for boundary surveys, and calculations for construction staking.
CAD Designer
A CAD Designer will work with project design teams to prepare, update, and complete Civil 3D models for our design projects.
Greg Jaeger, PE
President & CEO
Bio
Greg Jaeger is a Principal Engineer with North Coast Engineering, Inc. Mr. Jaeger provides project management, administration, and primary design services in preparation of civil grading, drainage, street, and underground improvement plans with direct oversight of the inspection/ observation team, RFI’s, final review of submittals, observation reports and closeout documents, review of project conditions of approval and City standards compliance. Mr. Jaeger has been an employee with North Coast Engineering, Inc. since 2004.

John Luttman, PE
Vice President & Principal Engineer, QSD/P
Bio
John Luttman is a Principal Engineer with North Coast Engineering, Inc. Mr. Luttman provides design services and project coordination on public, residential, and commercial projects. As an experienced Resident Engineer, he provides construction observation, engineering, and coordination with clients, contractors, public agencies, public utility companies, and consultants. He has been a member of project teams that have achieved silver and gold LEED certifications. He has authored multiple drainage reports, flood analysis reports, and stormwater control plans. Mr. Luttman has been an employee with North Coast Engineering, Inc. since 2003.

Tucker Sanders, PLS
Vice President & Survey Manager
Bio
Tucker Sanders is the Manager of the Survey Department, where he is responsible for the coordination, scheduling, and completion of all field and office work. Mr. Sanders has been responsible of multiple Mapping Projects, Construction Staking Projects, Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, FEMA Elevation Certifications, and Topographic Surveys both done conventionally and with an Aerial Mapping Drone. This includes work done on large industrial, commerical, and subdivision projects, for both private development and public agencies. Mr. Sanders had been an employee with North Coast Engineering, Inc. since 2015.
