About this Project

North Coast Engineering provided Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Services for the Allegretto Vineyard Resort. The destination resort combines five-star hotel, spa, wellness center, restaurant, wine tasting, and conference facilities. The Allegretto Vineyard Resort was developed by the Ayres Hotel Group and construction was completed in 2016. The project philiosophy is one of the health and sustainability in design and construction, as well as in operations. The first phase includes 171 guest rooms and suites. Complimenting the guest rooms, the Ayres Vineyard Resort offers a fine dinning restaurant with a bar and lounge and a spa with private treatment rooms. The first phase provides approximately 5,000 sf of conference and meeting facilities in the interior of the hotel and opportunities for a less formal meeting and gathering area.
