About this Project
NCE recently prepared construction documents and provided construction management for the Creston Road Corridor from Rolling Hills Road to South River Road. This 1.3-mile section of the road is a vital artery connecting the south side of the city with the north side. The design included the evaluation of all ADA curb ramps and driveways, bike lanes, a complete pavement rehabilitation, additional pedestrian signals (RRFB), design of a one-lane roundabout (to be installed in Phase 2), installation of a communication conduit, and installation of a sewer line. The transformation was funded by Active Transportation Grant.
