Project Info
The school’s water supply comes from a well on-site from a declining groundwater basin. The existing well produced water that exceeded the maximum arsenic level as required by the State, and the school used bottled water for their potable water supply. The proposed project included adding a new storage tank to separate the landscape irrigation from the domestic system, a mechanical treatment facility for the removal of arsenic, construction of a new well, and additional piping for distribution.
