About this Project

The Reserve at River Oaks is a 127-lot subdivision located in the heart of Paso Robles. The project consists of large single-family homes and unique semi-custom homes. As a prime consultant, NCE completed final contract documents, including a final tract map, grading, roadway and drainage design, underground utility design, and improvements to Buena Vista Drive to accommodate this new development. The project was prepared to utilize the City Standards and standard drawings.
