About this Project
North Coast Engineering provided Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services for Twin Creeks located in San Luis Obispo. Once developed, residents will get to enjoy convenient access to downtown shopping, dining opportunities, and hiking and biking trails. The project will be completed in 2021. Twin Creeks Mixed Use Development includes 94 residential units, 2,460 square feet of indoor residential amenity space, outdoor residential amenity space, and 3,490 square feet of commercial space. The largest portion of the project’s site is located between Sydney and Acacia Creeks near Broad Street and Orcutt Road. Prefabricated pedestrian bridges were installed over Sydney Creek with a 53-foot span and Acacia Creek with a 45-foot span to allow ease of access to and from local businesses in the surrounding areas. Once developed, residents will get to enjoy convenient access to downtown shopping, dinning opportunities, and hiking and biking trails. This project will be completed in 2021.
