About this Project
North Coast Engineering had been providing on-call services to the Heritage Ranch Owners Association since 2017. Heritage Ranch Owners Association (HROA) has isolated areas in need of asphalt pavement repair, asphalt dike construction, speed table construction, storm drain design, and related work within the privately maintained HROA Community. The HROA Community includes several tracts in the San Luis Obispo County and is located approximately 15 miles west of the City of Paso Robles on Nacimiento Lake Drive. The work will be completed in multiple phases.
